Meet Our Team

Born and raised in rural northern Illinois, Pat grew up with six brothers and learned early the lessons of hard work and competition. His horticultural career began in high school working with a local nursery and transitioning into maintenance manager for the local school system. After obtaining a degree in Horticulture from Southern Illinois University in 1984, Pat ran 2 local greenhouse/nurseries and then moved to Atlanta in 1986. For nine years he worked with Clark-Morrell/ The Morrell Group where he achieved the title of Vice President. In 1995 he started Perimeter Landscape Management with partner Jeff Craven.  

Pat currently lives in Madison, GA with his wife Janet and son Tyler. They also have a son Kyle in the Air Force and daughter Ali, a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University. Pat enjoys sports, reading, hunting, and all outdoor activities.

Raised on his family’s farm near Baxley, Georgia, Jeff had first hand experience managing a large agricultural operation.  He received an Associates Degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton in the fall of 1981.  Then he spent the entire year of 1982 in the Marines (5 additional years USMC Active Reserves).  He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture (majoring in Agronomy and Ag-economics) from the University of Georgia in 1985.  Jeff spent the next two plus years as Branch Manager for Orkin Lawn Care in Miami.  The next seven and one half years he worked with Clark-Morrell/The Morrell Group where he achieved the title of Director of Grounds Maintenance. In 1995, he started Perimeter Landscape Management with partner Pat Schultz.

Andy was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He received a BBA in Business Management from West Georgia College and has been involved in the Landscape industry since 1986. He came to Perimeter Landscape in 1996 shortly after the company was founded, in 2001 became a partner in the company, and is currently managing account relations and overseeing all aspects of operations.  Andy is happily married and is the proud father of 2 boys. Spending time with his family and coaching his son’s baseball team are most important to him, although in what little spare time he has Andy enjoys golfing, playing softball, and restoring vintage Corvettes.

Chris was born in Decatur, Georgia and has lived in this area all his life.  He started in the Landscape industry in 1984.  His horticultural training is from the University of Georgia and also from Gwinnett Tech.  He has been with Perimeter Landscape since 1999 and is currently the Operation Manager and also Tech Service Manager.  In his spare time he loves to hunt and fish.  He is married to Dodie and they have four children.  He enjoys his country living in the small town of Newborn.

John was born in Decatur, Georgia but was raised along with his two sisters and one brother in Stone Mountain, Georgia. His interest in landscaping started at the age of 10 when he would spend most Saturday mornings doing yard work for his neighbor. He had a very nice yard with lots of flower gardens and taught John a lot. By his early teens John was taking care of five homes in the neighborhood. He graduated from Redan High School and went went to college to study business, but he soon found that his true passion was to work with plants. He worked for several small landscape companies then in 1989 started as a supervisor for The Morrell Group. This is where he began a long time friendship with Pat and Jeff. At this time he furthered his education by taking landscape management courses at Gwinnett Tech. Through dedication and hard work he moved up into management.  In 1996 John went to work for the Brickman Group were he was a Project Director; in 1998 he started working for Weeks Landscaping as a Regional Manager; then in the fall of 2000 he found himself working with Jeff and Pat once again. John came to work with Perimeter as a branch manager at Lake Oconee. He loved the Lake Oconee area so much that in 2005 his wife Andrea and two daughters Emily and Caroline made it their home. John often finds himself teaching his daughters about plants just like his neighbor did for him.
