Born and raised in rural northern Illinois, Pat grew up with six brothers and learned early the lessons of hard work and competition. His horticultural career began in high school working with a local nursery and transitioning into maintenance manager for the local school system. After obtaining a degree in Horticulture from Southern Illinois University in 1984, Pat ran 2 local greenhouse/nurseries and then moved to Atlanta in 1986. For nine years he worked with Clark-Morrell/ The Morrell Group where he achieved the title of Vice President. In 1995 he started Perimeter Landscape Management with partner Jeff Craven.
Pat currently lives in Madison, GA with his wife Janet and son Tyler. They also have a son Kyle in the Air Force and daughter Ali, a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University. Pat enjoys sports, reading, hunting, and all outdoor activities.

Jeffery H. Craven | Sr. Vice President

Raised on his family’s farm near Baxley, Georgia, Jeff had first hand experience managing a large agricultural operation. He received an Associates Degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton in the fall of 1981. Then he spent the entire year of 1982 in the Marines (5 additional years USMC Active Reserves). He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture (majoring in Agronomy and Ag-economics) from the University of Georgia in 1985. Jeff spent the next two plus years as Branch Manager for Orkin Lawn Care in Miami. The next seven and one half years he worked with Clark-Morrell/The Morrell Group where he achieved the title of Director of Grounds Maintenance. In 1995, he started Perimeter Landscape Management with partner Pat Schultz.
Jeff currently lives in Monroe, Georgia with his wife (26 years) Cathy, daughter Ann (15) and son Jeffrey Jr. (12). Ann is a varsity basketball player and Jeffrey Jr. plays middle school basketball and football.

Andrew C. Tullos | Vice President of Operations

Andy was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He received a BBA in Business Management from West Georgia College and has been involved in the Landscape industry since 1986. He came to Perimeter Landscape in 1996 shortly after the company was founded, in 2001 became a partner in the company, and is currently managing account relations and overseeing all aspects of operations. Andy is happily married and is the proud father of 2 boys. Spending time with his family and coaching his son’s baseball team are most important to him, although in what little spare time he has Andy enjoys golfing, playing softball, and restoring vintage Corvettes.
Kevin Anthony | Marketing Coordinator / Business Developer

Kevin was born and raised in Covington, Georgia and graduated from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia with a BBA in Marketing. He has since earned his MBA from Walden University. His background includes work in both sales and as a marketing coordinator for Morningside Plumbing, Heating & Air in Atlanta, Georgia. He came aboard with Perimeter Landscape in February 2012 as a marketing and sales manager. Kevin loves spending time with his wife and two pugs, and basically anything sports related.
Christopher K. Chupp | Operations Manager

Chris was born in Decatur, Georgia and has lived in this area all his life. He started in the Landscape industry in 1984. His horticultural training is from the University of Georgia and also from Gwinnett Tech. He has been with Perimeter Landscape since 1999 and is currently the Operation Manager and also Tech Service Manager. In his spare time he loves to hunt and fish. He is married to Dodie and they have four children. He enjoys his country living in the small town of Newborn.
Parks Harris | Operations Manager

Parks was born and raised in Covington Georgia. He attended Truett McConnell College on a
baseball scholarship and further pursued his education at the University of Georgia. He has
been involved in the landscape industry since 1993. In 1999, he founded his own successful
landscape company, Cradle Creek Landscape Management. He joined the Perimeter Landscape
Management Team in 2011 as Operations Manager for the Lilburn Office. He is married to his
wife, Kathy, and they have four children, 12 year old Mason and 14 year old triplets, Reid, Ryan
and Morgan. He enjoys attending his children’s sporting events and helps coach the boys in
football, baseball and wrestling.

Jason Smith | Field Operations Manager
Jason was born and raised in Lithonia, Georgia; where he graduated high school in 1991. While attending college he worked with his father’s construction company building homes. In 1994 he joined Anheseir Bush distributors in Stone Mountain, Georgia and worked there for nearly 14 years.
Jason joined Perimeter Landscape in 2007 at our Lilburn, Georgia office. He is now the field operations manager with our Augusta, Georgia branch. Jason lives in Walton County, Georgia with his wife and two children. He loves spending time with the family, gardening, hunting and anything else outdoors.

Mitch Bruce | Supervisor

Mitch started with Perimeter Landscape in May of 2005. He was hired as a Supervisor Trainee but quickly moved up to a Supervisor position in less than six months. Mitch’s strong points are his ability to organize and complete his work for the day, communication with his crew and homeowners, and his work ethic. Mitch has been a crucial part of our Lake Oconee operation since he started and supervises several large properties. He oversees Marina Cove Villages (Reynolds Plantation) and all of the Reynolds Common areas within the Great Waters community. Mitch was born and raised in the Newton County area, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys along with Gunsmithing and hunting.
